Comfort Food Series: Oat Squares With PB & Chocolate Icing.
3 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut
1 cup softened butter
1 cup Equal granulated
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
|Press oat mixture in a greased pan and|
bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
|Microwave on MED power: 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate |
chips with 1 1/2 cups of crunchy peanut butter.
| Stir every 30 seconds until |
chocolate and PB are smooth. Pour over the baked
oat crust and spread over the whole surface. Chill in fridge
for 2 or more hours before slicing.

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup of Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup of Smooth Peanut Butter
